Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a compassionate, visionary leader to oversee nursing and personal care services in our BRAND NEW, intimate, 16-residence assisted living community.

As Director of Assisted Living, you’ll guide a dedicated team in delivering personalized, high-quality service in a vibrant, resident-centered environment. You’ll be the heartbeat of our care philosophy, ensuring compliance, fostering trust, and championing innovation in wellness and support.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement care policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Supervise all aspects of resident life and care planning
• Build strong relationships with residents and families
• Lead interdisciplinary care conferences and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee departmental budgeting and resource allocation
• Support admissions and transitions with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:

What We Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in South Carolina, in good standing
• Residential Care Facility Administrator license (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven leadership in nursing, staffing, and budget management
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
• Passion for enhancing quality of life through compassionate care
