What You’ll Do:
Storyteller and Community Builder – Enthusiastically share Concordia’s story to spark pride, demonstrate impact, and deepen affinity.
Visionary Architect of Experiences – Create and deliver signature moments, events and meaningful connections that foster community and inspire lifelong involvement and support.
Champion of Generosity and Engagement – Inspire and mobilize alumni, families and friends to refer future students, volunteer, give generously, and be champions of Concordia College to drive success today and cultivate tomorrow’s loyal donors, doers, and leaders.
Strategic Partner and Collaborator – Serve on the Advancement leadership team, collaborating across the division, campus and beyond to create innovative partnerships, strengthen networks, increase philanthropy, and advance Concordia’s mission.
Empowering Team Leader – Guide and inspire a talented team to dream boldly, work collaboratively, and deliver results with innovation, creativity, and excellence. Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement/Chief Executive Strategy Officer, the Director of Alumni and Family Engagement also works closely and collaboratively with the Director of Annual Giving and Donor Connections, Director of Development, Director of Advancement Services, National Alumni Board, faculty, staff, community, and other alumni and family leaders. This individual is a self-starting, innovative professional with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to creating opportunities that drive lifelong engagement, philanthropy, affinity and pride for Concordia College. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degreeFive or more years in community engagement, volunteer engagement, event management, public relations, fundraising, or marketing.Three or more years of a proven record of leadership acumen; demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and support both team members and volunteers.Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with higher education Open Until Filled Yes Screening Begins 10/15/2025 Benefits Concordia College is proud to offer a competitive total compensation package:

Salary – $74,700 to $93,400
The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position’s requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
