This role offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact by building strong relationships and leading philanthropic efforts. As the chief relationship builder, you will spearhead initiatives to engage students, alumnae, families, and donors, fostering a climate of inclusivity and partnership. In this role, you will lead the development and engagement team, overseeing all facets of fundraising, including capital campaigns, annual giving, and securing major gifts. Your leadership will also extend to the marketing and communications team, ensuring that messaging effectively promotes the school's mission and programs, and to the admissions team to align recruitment and enrollment with the strategic vision of the school. The ideal candidate will possess a BA or BS in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and have 7-10 years of leadership experience in advancement or related areas, ideally within a Catholic or independent school environment. A proven track record in fundraising and enrollment growth, along with strong management capabilities, is essential. Familiarity with relational fundraising databases and digital marketing strategies is highly beneficial. Additionally, a CFRE certification is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate a strong alignment with the school's mission and values, demonstrating a solid commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
