You’ll join a team that is committed to creating a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive.*Make a difference every day.** Manages the admissions process from prospect to parent providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail.* Responsible for the planning and implementation of school and community events, admissions events such as open houses, and overall marketing of the program.* Manages child records and enrollment paperwork in accordance with Primrose and state regulations* Support the selection, hiring and onboarding of teaching staff.* Partners with the School Director and Assistant Director in managing open and closing procedures and maintaining a healthy & safe school environment.* Act as a role model ensuring regulatory and health & safety compliance in classrooms.*In order to inspire teachers, you need a school that inspires you.*Primrose Schools is a mission-driven brand, and at Primrose School of Sudbury, there are not only opportunities for professional development and growth but also for giving back to your local community through Spring Fling and charity events. We are continuously working toward our mission of building a brighter future for all children—not only those who are able to attend a Primrose school—and every member of our organization plays a critical role in accomplishing that mission.*Let’s talk about building a brighter future together.**Desired skills and experience** Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler/Preschool required and Director 2 certification preferred.* A degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field, and/or at least 5 years’ work experience in a licensed childcare facility, kindergarten or early childhood program preferred including experience in administration* Experience in management, business, and/or program administration* Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment* Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situationsJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
