RAM Recruiting - The Pavilion is seeking a dynamic and personable Director of Admissions and Marketing to oversee two close-knit facilities—Xenia Health & Rehab and Jamestown Health & Rehab—serving a combined census of approximately 100 beds.

With one supportive Administrator over both buildings, this is a unique opportunity to lead admissions and marketing efforts across two well-run, resident-centered locations in a non-corporate, community-focused environment.

What You’ll Do: Handle referrals, tours, and admissions for both Xenia and Jamestown facilities Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners Manage census development strategies and maintain accurate tracking/reporting Coordinate with nursing, social services, and rehab teams to ensure smooth resident transitions Be the welcoming face of both facilities, representing The Pavilion’s mission of quality care and compassion

What You’ll Need: Prior experience in SNF admissions and marketing required Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across two nearby sites Familiarity with the local referral network a plus Professional, compassionate, and resident-centered approach
