Job Description: The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in promoting our facility, community outreach, managing the admissions process, and building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. This position requires a blend of marketing expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and skilled nursing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract new residents to the facility.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other referral sources.

Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families, highlighting the benefits and services offered.

Manage the admissions process, including pre-admission assessments, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.

Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.

Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other promotional activities to increase awareness of the facility.

Monitor and analyze marketing and admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and business development plans.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to admissions and marketing activities.
