What You’ll Do as Our Activities Director:

Lead, plan, and deliver engaging programs that bring purpose and fun to every day

Design meaningful activities — from arts and music to fitness and celebrations

Manage budgets wisely while maximizing joy and impact

Inspire, train, and lead a dynamic team of recreation assistants and volunteers

Continuously innovate — because fresh ideas fuel extraordinary experiences

What Makes You Shine:

Experience in activity programming (skilled nursing facility experience is a plus!)

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field

3+ years leading engaging activities or team-based programs

CTRS certification preferred
