POSITION SUMMARY
Take the lead in managing and growing Pharmavite’s Nature Made business at Costco. This role owns key customer relationships and drives strategic initiatives to sustain and expand our market leadership. You'll also drive growth opportunities across our Mega Food and Women’s Health brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meets sales and expense goals in assigned area of responsibility.
Maintains and grows Pharmavite business profitably in assigned National Account.
Responsibility crosses all Pharmavite lines i.e. Branded, Private Label, Mega Food, Women’s Health and new products.
Develops annual objectives and forecasts for the business (Nature Made, Kirkland Signature, Trunature, Mega Food) and actively manages the business on a continuous basis, including joint business planning with customer.
Develops and executes a strategic plan with tactics to deliver annual net sales and profit goals, distribution goals, and marketing/promotion plans. Embodies strong executive presence to effectively communicate said strategies both internally and externally.
Gathers and communicates product and market intelligence to sales and marketing management.
Effectively communicates and works with cross functional partners in supply chain, finance, customer marketing, science, marketing, art services and sales administration to actively manage the business, problem solve and gain approval for plans and programs.

Develops and maintains relationships with key personnel in designated accounts. These relationships include individuals at all levels throughout the account. Owns monthly customer meeting plans.
Professionally manages assigned personnel to effectively carry out the business plan.
Stays within all budget limits including but not limited to travel, entertainment, co-op, promo allowances, key account funds, and business development funds. Works to keep events up to date in sales trade system.
Complies with all policies and procedures set forth by Pharmavite Corporation including on-time personnel reviews, expense reports, sales updates and meeting notes.
Provide direct supervision and leadership including coaching, development, and performance management.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
This role requires regular domestic travel (approximately 30-40%) that may also extend internationally. Travel is primarily for:
Customer, client and partner meetings
Team offsites and strategic planning sessions
Corporate, sales team and cross-functional partner meetings
Professional events and conferences

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

Experience and management of national accounts. Experience with Costco is desirable
Comprehensive knowledge and skills in club, drug, food and mass merchandising channels, budgeting process and business planning.
Understanding of CRX data system is preferred.
CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
Inordertotake onthese challenges,you’llneedto have:
Requires a four-year college or university degree or its equivalent.
5-10 years field sales experience with emphasis in Vitamins & Supplements.
Experience and management of national accounts.
Experience with Costco is desirable.

SALARY RANGE
National Target Base Pay Range: $176,000 - $308,000 . The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $159,000 - $277,000 , to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
