Join a Magnet-recognized, non-profit health system in the beautiful coastal Southeast Region as their new Med/Surg Nursing Director . In this role, you will lead 7 units across two campuses, overseeing 500+ FTEs and 13 direct reports.

What You'll Do

Guide strategy for seven units including Med/Surg, Ortho/Spine, Float Pool and more Mentor leaders, boost engagement, and advance nursing excellence Collaborate closely with a transformational CNO in a high-visibility role What You'll Receive: $160K-$180K annual base salary plus relocation and temporary housing Comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, retirement & generous PTO Requirements: Master's required RN (DNP/PhD preferred) At least five (5) years Med/Surg, ED, or Critical Care nursing in an acute care hospital plus at least three (3) years multi-unit leadership experience (Manager level minimum - Director preferred) Experience with Magnet and shared governance is required
