We have a full-time Director, Marketing in our Tiffin, OH location or remote. The primary role is to lead and inspire a high-performing team while serving as a hands-on contributor responsible for driving brand strategy, elevating creative design, and developing compelling marketing content. You will shape and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all channels, oversee the creation of impactful visual assets, and craft persuasive presentation proposals to support business development and strategic initiatives. You will also manage day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and content creation that aligns with company goals and resonates with target audiences, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all marketing efforts. Essential Functions: Responsibilities Hiring, training and development of strong high-potential individuals. Conduct weekly meetings with team members to gain insight and evaluate direct reports for coaching and development. Lead people and processes to meet marketing objectives as dictated by yearly goals. Build strong relationships with internal teams, business partners and suppliers to keep a pulse on industry and business and develop innovative marketing strategies. Provide clear understanding and ongoing feedback to direct reports on progress toward goals, customer satisfaction and relationship building. Provide timely communication of performance management, including setting goals, progress, and year-end results. Collaborate with the SEVP, Sales and others to maintain strong communication channels and share information. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need to be Successful Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directing cross-functional teams. Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, content, email, events, and traditional). Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and drive decisions. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital transformation strategies, and industry best practices. Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening. Work Location This role is located in Tiffin, OH or remote .
