Step into the role of Walmart Marketplace's Director of Seller Marketing Operations and Creative Studio. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the critical function that powers seller events, communication and marketing end-to-end, from planning and creative development to reporting and continuous improvement. This is a key position with the unique opportunity to shape one of the fastest-growing eCommerce platforms in the world. You'll orchestrate the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and content that empower third-party sellers of all sizes to elevate their eCommerce businesses with Walmart. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing pro who's ready to make an impact. You'll lead a dynamic team of project managers, copywriters and graphic designers, ensuring focus, seamless stakeholder alignment and highly effective communication as we collectively drive seller success on Walmart.com and delight customers with an ever-expanding array of products they need, want, and love.
What You'll Do
Own
seller marketing operations and creative production for the Marketplace Seller Events, Communication and Marketing team, including channel governance, resources and communication center of excellence.
Create
highly effective campaigns and tactics by working with our marketing strategy leads, Lifecycle Marketing, Seller Education and business partners to inspire sellers to join Walmart Marketplace and adopt its expanding suite of tools, services, and solutions designed for seller success.
Define
success metrics linked to business objectives, track performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
Evolve
marketing production and traffic management by establishing SOPs, prioritization frameworks and process flows, applying AI and other emerging technologies to optimize daily operations, enable self-serve solutions, and developing stakeholder engagement and planning cycles that ensure continuous alignment.
Counsel
senior leadership and business partners to optimize marcomms effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Lead
an awesome team, helping them prioritize, collaborate with stakeholders, execute flawlessly, and achieve success together.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience leading marketing operations in fast-paced cross-functional and cross-channel environments.
Data-driven approach to decision making, optimization and successful implementation of marketing analytics programs.
Deep expertise in building successful structures for marketing operations that drive stakeholder buy-in, strong creative and flawless execution.
Entrepreneurial mindset and record of evolving functions or establishing new capabilities.
Strong leadership and partner relationship management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field. 1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Leading cross-functional projects, Marketing, Supervisory Masters: Business Administration.
