We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Director (or Sr. Director) of Brand & Content to lead content strategy, brand messaging, and integrated campaign development across global markets. This role owns the development and execution of all external-facing marketing content—ensuring that campaigns are aligned with our brand tone, voice, and business goals. You’ll manage a team responsible for storytelling, content creation, campaign asset development, and brand governance. You’ll bring vision, discipline, and originality to every touchpoint, scaling our presence across web, social, email, events, and more. You’ll also partner closely with product marketing, digital, channel, and regional teams to drive consistent and high-impact execution. What You Will Do Own content strategy and planning: Define and maintain a 6–12 month editorial calendar across blog, social, email, website, and campaign content.
Shape brand messaging and narrative: Develop and maintain clear, differentiated messaging frameworks that guide all external content.
Concept and create campaign assets: Lead content and creative development (copy + design direction) for campaigns—delivering assets for use by demand gen and ops teams.
Support regional growth: Deliver localized content and creative for priority regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC), aligned with global brand strategy.
Ensure brand and web consistency: Maintain visual and verbal brand consistency across website, campaign materials, and all touchpoints.
Lead event content and logistics: Oversee content and creative for U.S. field events, including messaging, signage, and logistics coordination.
Manage team and partners: Lead a team of marketers and external vendors; set priorities, coach development, and uphold creative standards.
Inform performance strategy: Define content KPIs and partner with demand/ops to apply insights to future planning.
Who You Are and What You Bring 10+ years in content marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing roles
Proven leadership in developing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills across formats
Experience managing direct reports and creative vendors or agencies
Strong understanding of brand and content and how it aligns with product marketing
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Comfort navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Desired But Not Required Experience in tech infrastructure, networking, or adjacent B2B sectors

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,500 – $222,500. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position.
