The Job at a Glance The Manufacturer Partnerships Director (Internally known as PARTnership Builder) will oversee a key group of OEM partners. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships for a strategic set of customers through account penetration, sales, and marketing activities. Responsibilities include building business plans to maximize profitable growth, prioritizing resources, creating proactive marketing tools, developing new business opportunities, and leading projects. The ideal candidate can build strong relationships, set priorities, and follow through on commitments.
A Typical Day
Manage and drive strategic account performance through business plans to maximize profitable growth
Deliver annual sales and contribution objectives
Proactively stay informed on industry trends and competition
Cultivate influential contacts at all levels within OEM partners
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to maximize initiatives
To Land This Opportunity
5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment
Proven success in national account leadership, account development, project, and data management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Willing to travel up to 30%
Bonus: Knowledge of Supply Chain and Marketing

The salary range for this role is $115,766.29 – $171,463.14 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Parts Town offers a pay-for-performance culture with potential profit-sharing, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
