We are seeking a Director of IT Services Delivery and Productivity Tools to lead and innovate the way our teams interact with technology. This leadership role is critical in ensuring smooth IT service delivery, elevating the end-user experience, and driving the strategic adoption of modern collaboration platforms across the enterprise.
As Director, you will set the vision, lead a high-performing team, and partner across the business to identify and implement solutions that enhance organizational productivity, scalability, and efficiency. Your work will directly influence how employees engage with technology and will have a measurable impact on the company's operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the long-term strategy for IT service delivery, end-user computing, and enterprise productivity platforms.
Service Excellence : Oversee all aspects of IT end-user services, including hardware, software, and support operations, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Productivity Platforms : Direct the implementation, management, and optimization of collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom).
Innovation & Adoption : Develop roadmaps that drive adoption of digital tools, modernize the workplace experience, and increase employee productivity.
Vendor Management : Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships, ensuring service alignment, value optimization, and budget accountability.
Governance & Performance : Establish KPIs, measure service performance, and ensure ITIL-aligned practices across all delivery functions.
Risk & Compliance : Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce policies, mitigate risks, and ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
Organizational Change : Act as a change leader, fostering innovation, promoting continuous improvement, and enabling seamless integration of new technologies.
Team Leadership : Mentor, coach, and develop IT managers and staff, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of IT experience , including 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing IT service delivery or end-user computing at scale.
Proven expertise with productivity and collaboration tools, including enterprise-wide rollouts.
Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of ITIL practices, IT service management frameworks, and digital workplace transformation.
Preferred Qualifications Advanced certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, Microsoft Certified, Google Workspace Administrator).
Experience implementing automation, AI, or self-service technologies to optimize IT services.
Leadership of large-scale digital transformation or collaboration platform initiatives.
