Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking a Director, Intelligent Automation to lead our Digital Solutions Organization, focusing on automating processes using IDP technologies (AWS Bedrock, Textract, Azure Document Intelligence), RPA / APA platforms (Automation Anywhere, MS PowerApps), and building AI-based products. The role is based in Princeton, NJ, with in-office work required 3+ days a week. Responsibilities include: Leading digital solutions projects, managing teams, and overseeing RPA and IDP capabilities. Partnering with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implementing innovative solutions. Managing vendors, developing strategies for automation adoption, and ensuring compliance with standards. Creating executive reports and managing team performance and development. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience (additional experience may substitute for degree). US Citizenship and experience with Automation Anywhere and IDP platforms. 3-5 years in AI/ML, product management, or related fields. Preferred skills: Knowledge of healthcare, call center, or public sector domains (preferred). Certifications in agile methodologies, experience with COTS implementations, and familiarity with other RPA platforms (UiPath, IBM, etc.). Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
