Overview Employer Industry: Specialty Pharmacy Services
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Open new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
Achieve sales effectiveness within an assigned area to meet or surpass individual and team goals each quarter
Transition patients to the pharmacy and manage follow-up communication
Utilize company database/tools to identify key accounts and maximize referral potential
Collaborate with Operations and inside counterparts to ensure a seamless experience for patients and healthcare offices
What is Required (Qualifications) High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of Specialty Pharmacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience as an account manager in IVIG or related specialty pharmacy products
Additional relevant experience of 4+ years in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills for generating territory reports
Positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to change
