Director of Imaging Services - Quality, Safety & Accreditation

Location: Southwest Florida

Schedule: Full-Time, Days

Pay: $45.00 - $61.00/hour

A leading healthcare system in Southwest Florida is seeking a Director of Imaging Services to lead quality, safety, and accreditation initiatives across inpatient and outpatient radiology. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and mission-driven environment - all in a beautiful Gulf Coast location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee imaging safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement system-wide
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance standards and patient care
• Ensure compliance with DNV, ACR, ACHA, MQSA, and other accrediting bodies
• Educate teams on policies, data trends, and best practices
• Develop strategies for ongoing performance improvement and audit readiness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• ARRT certification required
• CPPS or CPHQ certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Experience in radiology quality and accreditation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
