Position Overview Sodexo North America is undergoing a strategic transformation to streamline food and supply processes, improve economies of scale, and enhance client and operator outcomes. This role involves leading governance and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Culinary, and Supply Management teams to ensure brand initiatives, recipes, and menus align with our product portfolio and managed order guides. This is a remote position, preferably for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Management and cross-functional teams for brand, recipe, and menu development and management. Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Culinary Services, and Segment operations to ensure alignment with business strategies and product portfolios. Develop and oversee integration processes for contracted products into brand, recipe, and menu initiatives across segments, considering purchasing targets, vendor compliance, distribution, and strategic goals. Formalize and communicate product decisions, clarifying product selection, operating model changes, and value delivery through strategic supply choices. Ensure visibility of supply management in brand, recipe, and menu development initiatives for proactive engagement and decision-making. Provide expert guidance on product selection supporting client needs, vendor agreements, compliance, and organizational success.
