Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment Proficiency with broadcast control equipment Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field is preferred. Must be able to handle fast-paced live broadcasts and remain calm during breaking news. Candidate should be a problem solver and quick thinker to resolve existing issues and to work around problems that arise during live news. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays will be a part of the schedule. Please be prepared to furnish current references and shows (if available).
