Position Title: Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Dallas, TX Your Role
As the Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will align business objectives with people strategies for the revenue and marketing organizations. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, you will drive high-impact HR programs and solutions that enable organizational growth, leadership development, performance, and culture. You’ll play a key role in change management, workforce planning, and the implementation of inclusive, data-driven talent strategies.
What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders in sales and go-to-market teams. Drive key HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development. Lead change management efforts and support organizational transitions to ensure workforce readiness. Translate business strategies into tailored HR actions that foster engagement, productivity, and a high-performance culture. Diagnose and address organizational challenges, facilitating solutions to enhance team and company performance. Coach executive leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness and align talent with business needs. Deliver engaging leadership development modules across multiple management levels. Partner on employee relations matters, proactively mitigating risks and addressing concerns. Communicate and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives, measuring their effectiveness. Ensure compliance with employment laws and partner with legal on complex HR issues. What You’ll Need 8+ years of progressive HR experience in large/mid-size high growth companies Proven support of sales and marketing organizations in high-growth or mid/large companies. Deep expertise in talent/performance management, employee relations, and HR data analytics. Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Experience designing and delivering interventions like coaching, mentoring, and organizational design. Strong change management experience and ability to develop and implement change plans. Skilled in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent facilitation skills for leadership training at multiple levels. Strong analytical and project management skills; able to turn data into actionable insights. BA/BS in HR or related field required; master’s degree or MBA in HRM preferred.
