CenterWell’s Marketing Organization is seeking an experienced Director, Product Marketing – Home Solutions Marketing, who will focus on Home Solutions Marketing to join the team. As the Director, Home Solutions Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Home Health strategy, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention through data-informed marketing efforts that directly impact lives. You will also develop and lead the marketing strategy for our Post-Acute Convener company, OneHome.

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Home Solutions line of business, aligning with enterprise growth, brand, and patient experience goals
Serve as a senior strategic partner to business unit leadership, bringing insights, challenge, and direction to key decisions
Build, develop, and coach a high-performing marketing strategy team; Collaborate and drive results in partnership with other marketing disciplines including campaign execution, content, digital, brand, and analytics
Create and evolve messaging frameworks, value propositions, and proof points that resonate with patients, families, referral sources and payers
Develop a strategic learning agenda to further consumer and customer insights, partner with market research and analytics to inform strategies and identify whitespace opportunities
Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize plans to maximize ROI and business impact
Manage intake of marketing initiatives and overall marketing budget
Identify and evaluate new opportunities to expand reach and accelerate adoption of home health services
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
10+ years of experience in marketing with a track record of increasing responsibility
3+ years of experience leading a marketing team of 3+ associates at a Fortune 100 company and/or within the healthcare industry
Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products or solutions
Strong analytical skills in market research, segmentation, and product positioning
Ability to effectively collaborate across functions such as sales, legal, compliance, and analytics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to senior executives and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional
Prior success managing a portfolio of healthcare products/services, with at least 5 years in healthcare or home health
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level, multi-channel marketing strategies in highly regulated industries
Deep understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and the evolving landscape of care at home
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
Inspirational team leader who fosters collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and measurement capabilities
Known for building influence across matrixed organizations and navigating change with resilience
Purpose-driven, curious, and passionate about delivering better care experiences
Brings energy, curiosity, optimism, and a sense of humor to their leadership

Additional Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees must meet the following criteria: a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. Employees who live and work from Home in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Compensation 168,000 - 231,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
