In this role, you will direct and enhance the research program, identifying strategic directions and leading a diverse multidisciplinary team to conduct impactful, evidence-based research. Your responsibilities will encompass program operations, strategic planning, and establishing policy initiatives, alongside a significant focus on fundraising and development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in economics, public/health policy, health services research, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of relevant experience. A PhD is preferred. We are looking for someone with strong leadership abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and experience in data evaluation, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of professionals, including economists, physicians, and data scientists. Your adeptness at staff development and networking will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment.
