The Director of Growth Marketing will lead demand generation strategy and programs for Absolute. This individual will manage critical areas of the growth marketing team, including full-funnel demand generation, pipeline acceleration, content marketing, integrated marketing strategy and execution to drive profitable growth. This position collaborating with colleagues in channel, product, and international marketing, creative and web services, marketing and sales operations, sales, customer success, and finance stakeholders. In this role you will: Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that leverage all relevant marketing channels (earned, owned, paid) to generate quality pipeline
Align Marketing & Sales efforts, ensuring demand generation activities and investments are aligned with overall revenue targets
Analyze performance data to determine what’s working and what needs improvement
Build and lead a team of creative marketers who identify and develop new marketing levers in service to advancing Absolute's growth objectives
Develop integrated, multi-channel programs that fuel growth Collaborate with sales to align programs with key business objectives, sales territories, and target accounts
Develop a culture of experimentation and innovation and leverage new AI marketing tactics
Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring all resources are allocated appropriately
Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers
Requirements: 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of managing successful global teams and developing leaders
Understanding of the latest innovations and AI Marketing tactics
Experience in a high-growth or dynamic environment with proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions
Strong understanding of marketing automation, ABM tech stack, and CRM platforms to manage and track demand generation programs
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Superlative writing and editing skills; adept at providing editorial and creative direction to peers and subordinate teams for content asset origination or curation and campaign artifact development
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
The base pay range for this position is from $165,000-175,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program.
