Purpose:

In this role, the Director, Global Real-World Evidence (RWE) - Immunology will drive the development and execution of industry-leading RWE strategies and talent development across the J&J Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). Reporting to the Senior Director, Global RWE, this individual will work closely with RWE Researchers and Programmers in the analytic hub to enhance global launch planning through innovative, evidence-driven decisions and investments. The Director will also manage key partnerships, collaborating closely with GCDS verticals and cross-functional teams, including Global Medical Affairs, Global Market Access, Global Marketing, Global Epidemiology, J&J Technology Data Sciences, R&D Data Science, and regional medical affairs and evidence generation partners. Responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs and strategic priorities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $276,000 USD

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
