For the expansion of our GLOBAL Commercialization team, argenx is looking for a Director, Global Marketing CIDP. PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
The Director, Global Portfolio Marketing is responsible for supporting the CIDP portfolio [VYVGART (efgartigimod) and empasiprubart], leading strategy development, execution of global promotional campaigns, disease state awareness campaigns, messaging platforms and brand planning across key markets for the CIDP portfolio. This role will report to the Portfolio Marketing CIDP Commercial Lead. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and execution of disease state strategy, messaging, and tactics to ensure optimized market development prior and after launch for CIDP, in partnership with key internal stakeholders. Market Development needs to encompass the needs of both CIDP assets
Lead the development and execution of the branded strategy and message platforms, as well as core promotional materials for VYVGART and eventually empasiprubart, in partnership with key internal stakeholders
Support Launch Excellence and shared learnings for VYVGART, as product launches continue across key markets for argenx.
Develop and maintain relationships with country and regional marketing teams and maintain appropriate knowledge with these customer markets
Partner with market research and regions to validate insights to develop, strengthen and advance strategy, messaging and campaigns
Identify commercial business risks or critical issues and recommend customized strategies to mitigate, in partnership with regional leadership
Support the CIDP indication development team and indication commercialization team with life-cycle management and development initiatives, providing key commercial insights and input in coordination with local and regional teams
Identify opportunities to maximize execution synergies across indications, regions, and internal functions and teams
Lead annual OGSM and AOP process
Develop and manage the CIDP portfolio marketing budget necessary to support the various activities and requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA preferred
10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Experience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs
Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
Strong project management, communication, and organization skills
Agility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results
Launch readiness experience preferred
Global marketing experience is a plus; marketing experience in a major global pharmaceutical market/region (e.g., US, EU) a plus
