Job Title: Lottery Platform Operations Lead

Lead the day-to-day operations and manage relationships for the core lottery platform, ensuring systems, software, projects, and talent meet business, contractual, and organizational quality and performance standards.

Create, maintain, and report on operational, business, and financial plans for the core lottery solution.

Responsible for people leadership, including talent development, management, and performance.

Manage client relationships to ensure contract compliance, revenue growth, fiscal management, and client satisfaction, positioning Scientific Games for future RFPs and bids.

Collaborate with internal departments to support, manage, and deliver for the lottery jurisdiction.

Design and implement plans to sell additional hardware, software, and solutions; contribute to expanding business opportunities beyond the lottery system.

Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and teamwork to achieve business goals.

Manage end-to-end issue resolution and ensure delivery against service level agreements.

Own financial performance, including budget development and forecasting.

Use data and metrics to measure, optimize performance, and improve quality standards.

Work to extend existing contracts and position SG for future opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

10 to 15 years of related experience.

Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and manage budgets.

Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and sit, stand, bend, and stretch as needed.
