This position oversees and manages the day-to-day business, operation, and technical environment supporting a client’s core lottery system solution. It requires strategic planning, leadership, problem-solving, communication, data analysis, interpersonal skills, and execution. The role involves maintaining contractual compliance, delivering initiatives within scope, managing customer relationships, and overseeing budgets. The position is customer-focused and coordinates efforts between the Lottery and Scientific Games to exceed business goals.

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities Lead daily operations and relationships for the core lottery platform, ensuring systems, software, projects, and talent meet quality and performance standards. Create, maintain, and report on operational, business, and financial plans for the lottery solution. Provide leadership in talent development, management, and performance. Manage client relationships to ensure contract compliance, revenue growth, fiscal health, and customer satisfaction, positioning Scientific Games for future RFPs and bids. Collaborate across departments to support and deliver for the lottery jurisdiction. Design and execute plans to sell additional hardware, software, and solutions, expanding business opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and teamwork to achieve business goals. Manage issues end-to-end and ensure delivery against service level standards. Own financial performance, including budget development and forecasting. Use data and metrics to measure, optimize, and improve performance and quality standards. Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge On-call 24/7 for operational support, issue escalation, and project oversight. Bachelor’s degree and/or 10-15 years of related experience. 10-15 years in operational management and leadership. 5 years in the lottery or gaming industry, with emphasis on systems hardware and network communications (preferred). Minimum Requirements Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships. Forward-thinking, adaptive, and proactive. Effective communication across all management levels. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Teamwork ability. Quick learner of modern technologies. Leadership in a matrixed organizational model. Experience in fiscal management and budget reporting. Physical ability to lift 30 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and stretch for at least 50% of the time. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field. Years of Experience 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
