The Director of Foundation Annual Giving is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the organization’s annual giving program. This role includes project management, cultivating relationships with existing prospects, and identifying new prospects to build the donor base and strengthen the pipeline for major gifts. The ability to empathize with donors and clearly communicate the organization’s mission is essential. Annual Salary Range: $86, - $127, Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of fundraising experience with demonstrated impact directly with annual giving and donor base growth. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to self-start and driven by results. Strong project management skills; comfortable working within large teams and thriving in collaborative environments. Proficient in using donor databases, prospect research tools, and wealth screening resources to support moves management. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization and with external constituencies. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledgeable about industry standards and benchmarks for annual giving. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly. Creative in developing new ideas for fundraising activities, particularly related to cultivation and stewardship. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (preferably Raiser’s Edge NXT). Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Benefits
