Director, Finance-NA Retail

Job Duties Lead the financial planning processes (Long-Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and Quarterly Business Reviews) in partnership with the NA Retail management team. Provide financial analysis and insights to identify business optimization opportunities, cost control strategies, and revenue growth initiatives. Develop and track key performance metrics; facilitate monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with leadership. Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations for TSS NA Retail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards. Serve as finance lead for ERP system conversion to SAP HANA/S4 and ongoing system enhancements. Support acquisition due diligence, integration efforts, and standardization of processes across business units. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles. MBA and/or CPA preferred. Experience in retail, distribution, or sales-driven environments is strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with specific expertise in revenue recognition. Advanced Excel skills; ability to build financial models and perform data analysis. ERP system experience required; SAP HANA/S4 preferred. Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen with a process-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Working Conditions This is an on-site role based in Spokane, WA Work schedule and location aligned with TSS company guidelines for hybrid/on-site employees. Occasional travel may be required.
