Discover your exciting role The Director Finance - Exential is responsible for the financial health, management, and controls of the company: Exential Legal Entity and Installation Services USA. The Director Finance actively leads the organization with the Managing Director and embraces change management to improve operational activities and results, managing the finance areas Controlling / Accounting / Treasury and Taxes, driving profitability and growth, optimizing networking capital and increasing operational cashflows. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Top 5 Main Responsibilities * Provides insights and analysis to his partners and senior managers to identify areas to focus on strategic business opportunities * Develops, Manages and Controls Budget, Forecast providing deviation analysis and explanation from Actuals and KPIs * Manages working capital and explanations of deviations from 15 week rolling cash flow forecast * Leads the monthly closing and reporting, including risks and opportunities * Identifies risks in the early stage of Projects to develop mitigation measures * Develops measures to continuous improvement of the costing structure * Leads key initiatives in finance supporting the overall strategic goals of Exential & Installation Services-USA
Additional Responsibilities * Actively participates on monthly financial project review (PSR) meetings * Leads the monthly closing and reporting, including risks and opportunities * Identifies opportunities to improve performance * Represents the organizations progress to internal/external stakeholders including audits * Other duties as assigned Internal: * Manages large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals. * Represents the organizations progress to internal/external stakeholders including audits External: * Clients * Vendors * Consultants Show your expertise MINIMUM REQUIRED * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Financial Management or related field required and * 15+ years' relevant experience related to financial control and/or project control * Industry Accounting experience preferred, preferably in a construction or manufacturing business * Expert in accounting knowledge, familiar with both IFRS and US GAAP * High level of proficiency with MS Office * Proficient with Oracle and/or on other ERP systems * Knowledge of internal control systems and procedures * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously PREFFERED * Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred * Strong knowledge on financial management and control in construction industry * Financial management experience is required * Proficiency with SAP S4Hana * Experience of maintaining and/or improving the business standard procedure * Expert in POC Revenue Recognition * Strong knowledge of financial management and control in construction industry * Strong analytical skills to manage and control cash flow across multiple entities * Strong ability to judge and determine the financial impact; trend result * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Managing remote teams of commercial management, Project Accounting, business Systems, Procurement and Accounting & Finance. * Must be able to multi-task with multiple business partners. * Identifies opportunities to improve performance Competencies/Travel Requirement * Excellent program management skills * Embraces change management by being a role model * Team oriented with a priority on organizational goals, motivated by accomplishments. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * 25-50% Must be able to travel to work locations and job locations to support MD's About Total Facility Solutions As a wholly owned subsidiary of Exyte Group, Total Facility Solutions (TFS) provides solutions that are designed to deliver mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems to all markets.
