JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enable sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and cultural alignment. This role oversees the planning, governance, and execution of high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, strategic priorities, and financial goals. The Director, Finance will partner closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and project teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and lead the Transformation Office as the central hub for managing strategic initiatives. Partner with executive leadership to define transformation priorities, goals, and success metrics. Create and oversee governance frameworks to track, monitor, and report progress on all transformation programs. Lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple business functions. Ensure initiatives are properly scoped, resourced, and aligned with corporate strategy. Develop dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and performance indicators to measure success. Drive organizational change by ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new ways of working. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. Anticipate resistance, identify risks, and develop strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities for efficiency, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Leverage data, analytics, and best practices to improve decision-making and execution. Build and manage a high-performing transformation team, including program managers, analysts, and change management professionals. QUALFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required EXPERIENCE 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, transformation, or strategy roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. Demonstrated success in partnering with executive leadership to set strategic priorities and deliver results. Experience building and leading high-performing teams of program managers, analysts, and/or change management professionals. Cruise, hospitality, or global service industry experience preferred but not required. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Strong business acumen with the ability to align transformation with financial and strategic goals. Expertise in program/portfolio management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, PMI, etc.). Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Experience building and scaling transformation offices or PMOs is highly desirable. CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES Master's degree preferred
