Key Responsibilities Include: Support communications and project management of Top 600 leadership calls and developmental webinars, including script writing, content development and calendaring; requires critical attention to detail and advanced communication skills; close partnership with Internal Communications and Virtual Events Team Project lead for the Senior Leaders Meeting core design team (i.e., Meeting Services, Comms Team, etc.), ensuring seamless execution, including oversight of project plan, management of internal partners and external vendors Manage team member(s) supporting high potential development programs Develop and facilitate high potential development programs; align programming to Enterprise Playbook and priorities; Program ownership for Accelerate Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative participant feedback and assessment data; leverage relationships with senior leaders to understand needs of target audience; In partnership with the team, revise/update program content based on business needs and participant feedback Minimum Requirements: 7 years relevant work experience No management experience required Critical Skills: Critical attention to detail – considering the level of our target audiences, we strive for flawless execution Executive presence and organizational savvy are critical to success Instructional training design/adult learning Advanced written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Strong problem solving and independent decision making Central ILEAD competencies: Deliver Results; Grow Self and Others; Drive Innovation; Champion Enterprise-First Mindset Additional Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Cisco WebEx, Visier and Workday preferred but not required Education: Four-year degree and relevant experience required Travel Requirements: 0 - 25% travel may be required We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
