Description At MetaSource, we help customers solve complex digital transformation challenges through intelligent document capture, content services, and process transformation solutions. We provide software, consulting, and support services. We build repeatable solutions to complement our channel partner offerings with our own intellectual property. The Director of Business Development and Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving enterprise technology sales to current and prospective clients. This role requires a hunter mentality with the ability to create demand, uncover opportunities directly, and collaborate with existing sales and operations teams. The goal is to grow the business from opportunity creation to closing sales.
Responsibilities Drive revenue from opportunity development through contract signing.
Acquire new clients (new logos) and expand existing accounts.
Create opportunities via prospecting methods like social media, networking, etc.
Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate opportunities.
Lead internal teams through the sales process, including sales, operations, professional services, HR, and finance.
Develop a diverse sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Articulate the value of MetaSource offerings to achieve margin goals.
Negotiate profitable deals with clients.
Establish high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
Leverage relationships with coaches and champions to secure wins.
Maintain high activity levels in meetings, follow-ups, proposals, etc.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
Participate in ongoing sales and skills training.
Ask qualifying questions to understand deal requirements.
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities.
Requirements Extensive sales experience.
Deep understanding of complex enterprise technology solutions.
Experience with BPM, ECM, or Intelligent Document Capture.
Vertical experience in Banking & Financial, Public Sector, or Supply Chain is a plus.
Proven success in long sales cycles and consultative selling.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to effectively present information to executives and clients.
Remote opportunities are available only in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, and Utah.
