Position will manage a growing 28 bed ED that sees over 50k annual visits and a team of 80 FTE's Well supported by an ED Manager, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer Strong opportunities for growth and advancement within the health system Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Emergency Department (RN):

Master's degree required (Master's or Bachelor's must be in Nursing) Active RN License State of NC Minimum of seven (7) years of ER clinical nursing experience required Minimum of three (3) years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or Director level required INSPIRATIONAL, SERVANT leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community Be able to show a demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience About the Community:
