Essential Functions Partner with brand leadership to develop digital strategy and executional plans in alignment with business and brand goals. Develop and drive execution of the strategic digital roadmap, integrating brand marketing priorities aligned with the digital product management team. Facilitate and nurture resilient, productive cross-functional relationships with Marketing COEs, IT, Sales, Category, and other functions to enhance impact of Marketing. Maintain and increase knowledge of industry standards and best practices to stay ahead of trends and inform business decisions in digital marketing and omnichannel experience. Partner and influence the evolution of digital marketing capabilities for Brunswick, utilizing inspiration, a spirit of collaboration, and subject matter expertise. Liaise with Marketing teams across Navico Group brand portfolio, Brunswick Boat Group, Mercury, Business Acceleration, and dealer base as necessary in pursuit of win-win Marketing solutions. Define needs, socialize, and maintain comprehensive editorial & activation calendar for websites, in partnership with brand marketing leaders. Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of Enterprise processes, systems, and technologies within the organization. Support the implementation of user-centric campaigns – seasonal, topical, or triggered – across online and engagement channels, including insight articulation, audience segmentation and automation, deployment, optimization, and post-campaign assessment. Enhance DTC strategy by strengthening our network of eCommerce partners and channels, fostering collaborative growth and maximizing shared opportunities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Technology or related field required. 10 or more years of professional experience inclusive of 5 or more years in marketing or customer-facing roles. Three or more years of professional experience with direct accountability for digital marketing activities such as website product management, performance marketing, and/or eCommerce. Three or more years of experience managing staff and/or outside resources (agencies, freelancers, consultants). Cross-functional collaboration and ability to motivate performance through influence. Diplomatically assertive, able to persuade while building trust and confidence. Legacy of accomplishment working with people at all levels to deliver business results. Creative, decisive, collaborative, responsive, able to work independently and take responsibility for decisions and outcomes. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Collaborator – track record of accomplishment in cross-functional endeavors demonstrating capability to partner and interact/influence all levels of the organization Champion of change management – demonstrated leadership of both internal and external stakeholders through change and transition by leading through their own behaviors Trustworthy – builds trust through the environment they create with cross-functional teams & stakeholders Strategic mindset – operates with a holistic view of business and enterprise operations, which enables effective decision-making, ability to prioritize work, & proactively address opportunities Compensation and Benefits The anticipated pay range for this position is $129,500 – $219,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on qualifications, experience, business needs, and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
