The Director, Digital Business Relationship Partner (Corporate Functions) serves as a strategic partner and liaison between the Center of Digital Excellence (CDX) functions—including IT, Data, and Advanced Analytics—and our Corporate Functions (including Finance, HR, Legal, Supplier Management and Corp Comms). This Digital and Technology leader collaborates closely with business leadership to understand needs, support strategic planning, and ensure the successful execution of aligned digital initiatives. The Director plays a key role in translating business priorities into actionable technology and analytics solutions while ensuring operational alignment and value delivery. We are looking for candidates who have or are in a senior Technology or Digital role where you are accountable for the technology strategy for Corporate Functions incl Finance and HR as well as the overall accountable leader for Technology projects, investments and operations. Experience with Finance, Legal and HR projects and applications including ERP is preferred.
Responsibilities
Acts as the primary connection between CDX functions (Technology, Data, Advanced Analytics) and designated business segments or functions, fostering clear communication and partnership
Develops collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand strategic goals and operational drivers
Supports the development and refinement of digital strategies and multi-year roadmaps to enable business performance and growth
Translates digital strategies into actionable initiatives and projects in collaboration with CDX delivery teams
Partners with the business and CDX teams to evaluate digital investments, support prioritization, and assess ROI
Coordinates project sequencing and delivery, aligning CDX capabilities with business expectations and timelines
Participates in the management of the digital initiative portfolio, including progress tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Works with stakeholders to define success metrics, track value realization, and conduct post-implementation reviews
Contributes insights on digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to the business
Collaborates with CDX operational teams to ensure stability and performance of digital systems and tools
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
8+ years of progressive IT or digital experience with a focus on strategy, relationship management, or portfolio planning required.
Experience in higher education or relevant industry sector Preferred
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on business value
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to bridge business goals with technology solutions
Familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g., CRM, web, mobile, PowerBI, Snowflake)
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence in a matrixed environment
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100,172.00 and $181,034.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
