This Role

Norm is hiring its first Demand Generation Director. In this role, you’ll own the entire growth marketing funnel, from identifying and standing up new channels, optimizing existing ones, and leveraging data to inform our go-to-market strategy. You will work across Sales, Marketing, and Product to build and scale a best-in-class growth engine. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor, establish Norm Ai’s growth strategy, and grow the function.
