We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Data and Analytics to lead a high-impact team within our Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics organization. This leader will play a critical role in driving data strategy, managing a globally distributed team, and delivering actionable insights that enhance client experience and business outcomes. Responsibilities Lead a team of data analysts and data engineers (primarily offshore) to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions. Own the analytics strategy and execution for one or more product areas, with an initial focus on Health Navigation, a rapidly growing and strategically important business line. Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and Technology teams to define KPIs, track performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. Oversee the development and delivery of external-facing dashboards, reports, and insights through client portals and digital platforms. Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting assets. Collaborate with internal analytics teams (e.g., SLA reporting, operational analytics) to align on enterprise-wide data standards and best practices. Support large-scale data migrations and transformation initiatives, including a critical migration projects Contribute to talent development, coaching, and succession planning within the analytics team. Leading the data analytics team and develop plans that maximize return on investment for the company. Seeking out, validating, and bringing the technology organization innovative best practices emphasizing data Engineering and analytics Requirements 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing distributed teams, including offshore resources. Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and cloud-based data platforms. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data solutions and insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a matrixed environment with evolving priorities and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in external client-facing analytics or product analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
