As a valued member of the Revenue Team, this individual will be responsible for identifying and cultivating high-value prospects and developing innovative partnership solutions that align brand objectives with Angel City's mission and impact platform. This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven club at the forefront of the sports industry, where your work will directly contribute to accelerating the growth of the women's game.Key responsibilities:Develop best-in-class partnerships that drive revenue, create impact, and have alignment with Angel City mission and valuesPerform proactive outbound sales calls with prospects who are aligned with the Angel City missionResponsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects across assigned categoriesCreate, present, and sell through customized partnership proposals in line with prospect goals and objectivesAchieve individual and team revenue targets as set forth by Angel City leadershipCollaborate with other departments to develop new and creative assets and sellable inventoryWork in conjunction with the Partnership Marketing team to manage the timely, accurate, and thorough handoff of partnership agreementsLeverage data to uncover new prospecting opportunities and to develop meaningful value for prospectsCollaborate with Sr. Director, Corporate Partnerships in developing prospecting plansHost prospects at matches and other events hosting prospects at matches, etc.Assist and participate when called upon for other department/organizational activities and eventsParticipate in CRM and lead tracking activities as directedParticipate in weekly meetings related to new inventory, proposals, and fulfillmentCompile and share research, data, success rates and market trendsRequirements:A minimum of five years of working in sponsorship, fundraising, brand, or agency experience or related fieldA positive attitude with a teamwork mentality dedicated to achieving goals on behalf of Angel City – pun intendedStrategic thinker who has the ability to negotiate complex agreements while representing Angel City's valuesAbility to adapt in a changing environmentProven track record of high-level, high-revenue sales successStrong communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonalKnowledge of how to efficiently use technology, Google Suite, Slack, YouGov, and CRM is a plusPersonable team-player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSLExisting relationships with brand decision makersAbility to travel as needed for sales meetingsACFC PERKS & BENEFITSFully funded comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401K planFlexible PTO policyPaid Parental LeaveCell Phone reimbursementSnacks and beveragesDog-Friendly HQ in Santa MonicaComplimentary tickets to home gamesBi-annual performance reviewsCompensation:In addition to the benefits above, this role has a base pay of $70k plus a competitive commission structure, with earnings potential well exceeding six figures annually.Angel City believes in building a safe place for creative expression and celebrating that which makes us who we are; welcoming unique and personal backgrounds and experiences.
