Director - Consultant Relations page is loaded Director - Consultant Relations Apply locations El Segundo 2121 Rosecrans Avenue Suite 5300 time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R252948 Position Overview The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and investor relations responsibilities, including: Cover West Coast consultants and deliver thoughtful, fund and platform-level positioning to drive engagement and deepen strategic relationships.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to 1) secure fund approvals, 2) capitalize on existing approvals and 3) leverage LP interest to drive diligence
Proactively develop and manage relationships across Research and Field Consultants to cross-sell the Apollo platform
Oversee, support and manage meeting preparation, decks, roadshows and have a strong coordination across the Sales and Product teams
Synthesize consultant feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to help shape Apollo’s consultant engagement strategy and fund positioning.
Ability to produce thoughtful, accurate and highly reliable work product
Critical contributor to key/strategic initiatives
Lead planning and execution of consultant-facing roadshows, teach-ins, and diligence sessions across Apollo’s product suite.
Manage reporting efforts and pipeline management
Qualifications & Experience 6-10 years of relevant prior experience, preferably within an Alternatives-focused investment firm
Deep familiarity with West Coast consultant ecosystem and LP landscape preferred.
Proven track record of securing consultant fund approvals and triangulating with Sales and Product Teams
Possess ability to work with Product to develop market strategy and education around new products
Strong market/technical knowledge and analytical skills
Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a willingness and desire to learn and work well within a team are critical
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate complexity with simplicity
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities

Pay Range $175,000 - 250,000 Apollo Global Management, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates) is committed to championing opportunity.
