Role Overview Our client's consulting practice is rapidly expanding to meet growing demands for cloud modernization and platform engineering. They are seeking a Consulting Partner to lead complex engagements focused on cloud transformation, platform engineering, and AI-enabled solutions. This role involves working closely with C-suite executives to develop strategic change agendas and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead cloud modernization and platform engineering consulting engagements, delivering business and IT transformation value. Build trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level clients and maintain a strong presence in large enterprise accounts. Drive revenue growth and margin management by overseeing pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, and contract negotiation. Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction by leading engagement design and execution. Foster a culture of innovation, talent development, and operational excellence within consulting teams. Shape and contribute to the client's strategic initiatives through thought leadership and external brand building. Who You Are Experienced leader with a growth mindset and strong customer focus. Skilled at cultivating senior relationships and driving complex cloud modernization projects. Technically proficient in platform engineering, cloud-native technologies, and Agentic AI applications. Financially savvy, with a proven track record in business development and margin management. A recognized industry presence, able to innovate and lead change in fast-paced environments. Required Skills & Experience Extensive CXO-level client engagement and relationship management experience. Demonstrated success leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Deep platform engineering expertise and familiarity with emerging AI technologies. Strong commercial acumen, including revenue growth and contract negotiation. Experience supporting business development and working with senior stakeholders. Established personal brand and leadership presence in the technology consulting space.
