Director, Compensation & Benefits

Astound is seeking a Director, Compensation & Benefits, to lead the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity. The Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining Astound's compensation and benefits philosophy, managing job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plans, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have expertise in compensation strategy, job architecture, and benefits administration, as well as strong knowledge of regulatory requirements. They will also have exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Astound's compensation and benefits philosophy Manage job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plans Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and leadership to support business strategy and budget alignment Drive communication and education initiatives to increase employee understanding and engagement with total rewards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity Expertise in compensation strategy, job architecture, and benefits administration Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements Astound offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401k retirement plan, insurance options, paid time off, and employee discounts. The base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits.
