Responsibilities
Own various tasks and be accountable for their completion in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support and expansion of investment offerings and knowledge, and manage content on the platform for assigned clients and Tier 3 accounts.
Liaise with National Account teammates on client requests that require collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Events, Legal, ETP Team, Analyst Relations, Offshore, GFI, Retirement, Operations).
Work with clients to identify opportunities to expand JHI product offerings and content on the platform.
Provide content and data to teammates for Seismic postings, Salesforce reports, RFP submissions, CAP filings, quarterly newsletters, and leadership updates.
Respond to basic client inquiries and requests.
Produce Salesforce and Progress report entries for client engagement and new opportunities.
Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
Minimum 5-10 years account management experience in the mutual fund/financial services industry
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Series 7 and 63 licenses required
Strong interpersonal skills for developing strategic business relationships and influencing decisions
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, including creating effective client materials
Working knowledge of the company, investment resources, products, and defined contribution
Knowledge of financial services industry and investment products (stocks, bonds, funds, annuities, 401K/pension plans)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork
Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills

Compensation information The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000. This range is estimated for this role. This position is currently eligible for variable compensation that includes monthly commissions, quarterly bonus, and annual bonus. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through the end of October 2025.
