Position reports to CEO. Team lead or Charge CM would be ideal for this. Open to licensed RN (NO LPN) and SW/MSW. Must be willing to acquire Certification in Case Management within 1st year in position if not already a Certified Case Manager. Looking for acute care hospital leadership in case management experience, very professional and strong customer service. 40 bed inpatient specialty hospital. 38 average daily patient census. DCM does not carry a patient case load. Direct reports – currently 8 (3 CM fulltime, 5 CM PRN) mix of RN/SW. Typically works Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, however, due to this being a director position, must be available to support needs of patients and department as needed, including after hours or weekends.
