The Director of Business Analysis will spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance financial accuracy, strengthen vendor accountability, and drive operational excellence. This pivotal leadership role will oversee the development of robust financial analytics, manage performance metrics for vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing financial analytics models and managing vendor or 3PL performance metrics. Experience collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in a mid-to-large organization. Skills : Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP). Strong understanding of vendor management, 3PL operations, and supply chain dynamics. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data visualization platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
