Where You Fit:
The Director of Business Operations – Payments
This position is e ligible for remote work , however there will be requirement to travel to the American Fork office 10-20% of the time.
This is a full-time position .
Responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership and support in the electronic payments acceptance industry
Own and maintain payments reporting database for internal stakeholders .
Perform monthly profitability analysis at the merchant account and customer account level
Analyzes merchant business needs for customers in local government and utilities.
Serve as expert in card acceptance, authoriz ation, risk avoidance, migration and clearing
Work with onboarding and support team to manage escalated service issues, training, process improvements and liability management.
Use Salesforce to create, track, and/or update details on the specifics of client issue(s) .
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
Assist sales and product with go to market strategy .
A nalyze revenue at the customer level, account level and by pay ment metho d a s well as end user adoption, providing recommendations to optimize profitability.
Assist with partnerships and vendor relations.
Required Qualifications
10 + plus year experience providing operational leadership for electronic payment solutions
Experience with payment processing and merchant services
Proficient using SQL, MSFT Access, and Power BI
Thorough understanding of Networks and APIs
Organized, positive attitude , problem solver and a team player.
Ability to provide leadership and direction in the area of payment center operations
Prepare reports for internal and external updates.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or an additional two years of relevant work experience
Prior work experience within local government or providing support for a SaaS product
