Key responsibilities: Build relationships within client organizations, target markets, and with key partners. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and projects that meet client needs. Negotiate agreements internally and externally to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Maintain and grow client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional products and services. Success factors: Understand customer challenges and tailor solutions accordingly. Utilize technical expertise to demonstrate product and service value. Connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes. Generate pipeline growth and manage forecasts accurately. Skills and experience: Proven customer interface and presentation skills. Expertise in negotiation and trusted advisory roles. Proficiency in account planning and pipeline management. Understanding of Avanade, Microsoft, and Accenture solutions. Experience in IT project sales within the Products industry. Ability to leverage networks for influence.
