We’reseeking a creative, strategic, and collaborative Director, Brand & Content Marketing to elevate our brand voice and content engine to the next level. As the Director, Brand & Content Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our brand narrative, content programs, and storytelling across the entire customer journey. You’ll be a key member of the marketing leadership team, working closely with demand gen, product marketing, and sales to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and own a unified brand and content strategy aligned with company goals and marketing priorities.
Lead a team that has direct impact on our social media & PR campaigns, customer advocacy programs, and graphic design.
Elevate our brand positioning, voice, and visual identity to differentiate in the market.
Build and execute a content strategy that drives demand, engagement, and thought leadership across blog, video, case studies, email, webinars, reports, etc.
Oversee and optimize our social media presence and PR efforts to increase brand visibility.
Partner with product marketing and demand gen to fuel campaigns with compelling assets and messaging.
Lead customer marketing initiatives, including advocacy programs, case studies, and testimonials.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and People to create consistent, high-impact brand and content experiences.
Analyze performance and continuously iterate based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
What You Bring: 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong background in both brand and content strategy. Experience in high-growth companies preferred, health-tech experience is ideal.
Proven experience managing and scaling brand initiatives and content programs that deliver business impact.
Excellent storytelling skills and an eye for high-quality design and messaging.
Comfortable leading teams, setting direction, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
Strong project management skills—you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to prioritize.
Familiar with modern marketing and content tools (CMS, analytics, social platforms, etc.).
Passionate about connecting with customers and building a brand that inspires trust and excitement.
