Mission:
The Brand Activation team owns the national activation strategy and develops standardized Go To Market (GTM) materials to drive the Thayers brand vision to customer and consumers.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with Brand Team to develop brand GTM strategy & national activation calendar
Develop brand activation plans including promo, display, launch strategy, etc.
Develop brand elements of GTM kits and support sales meeting presentations
Evaluate in-year brand performance and provide recommendations to category leaders and commercial leads to manage sell-out across customers
Serve as primary voice of the brand supporting the initiatives and desired goals of the marketing ops team and key account teams
Represent voice of the customer across brand-driven conversations
New Item Meetings & Line Review Presentations: Develop brand elements for new item meetings and lead the line review process ahead of retailer meetings.
Sales Analytics & Account Strategy: Analyze sales data, identify key trends and opportunities, and develop account-specific strategies to optimize sell-out and market share growth.
Manage spend relative to activation needs across retailer landscape and national moments.
Provide Input to:
Customer marketing - Brand activation ensures that all customer activations are aligned to brand visions and priorities
Merch ops - Brand activation ensures brand visions are captured in wall strategy and planograms.
Customer Supply Chain - Support the commercial team and their supply chain partners with insight on best measures to ensure inventory needs are being met with relation to brand feasibility.
Demand Planning - Understand the account specific and national flow of inventory with correlation to the sales ambition and strategic brand priorities.
Creative Teams - Work with creative teams to ensure proper brand imagery on display and other customer facing vehicles.
Consumer Promotions - Work with consumer promo team on promotional strategies and recaps.
Budget Planning - Support the commercial team with insights to properly inform forecasting.
Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range:$138,500 - $200,800(The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
