Overview:
This position reports to the Vice President of Food & Beverage. Primarily responsible to ensure consistency of beverage programming and service through the implementation of policy and procedure, training, certification, recognition, and discipline of all Beverage Team Members and Management within all verticals of business (Casinos, Hotels, Restaurants, and Concessions).
Responsibilities
SHRSS Overall Responsibilities:
Conducts or reviews management and operational analyses to ensure ongoing success and efficiency within the department
Responsible for specifications and quality of all beverage products
Provide analytics and guidance to help control all labor and beverage cost percentages
Collaborate with training and operations departments to develop bar teams, standards, quality and cleanliness training
Responsible for specifications, quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverage products delivered to guests
Recommends to senior management operational enhancements that drive sales, support initiatives, and promote excellence
Monitors profit and loss statements to ensure objectives are met, and recommends corrective actions as required
Works to gather/track vital, relevant guest feedback on F&B offerings used to substantiate suggested changes and enhancements regarding both product and services offered
Build and Maintain Beverage Brand Standard Program
Beverage Brand Standard Program compliance checks
Marketing Support Request reviewing and approvals
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and distributors
Support liquor, beer, and wine partner and distribution communications
Corporate beverage distribution systems support and management e.g. (Smart Bar, Micromatic or any current system)
Manage relationship, expectations, and LTO’s for Non-Alc partners and e.g. (Coca cola, Red Bull)
Utilization of beverage industry analytics to support strategy and direction
Beverage ideations, development, and creation
Spearheads continued emphasis on productivity through labor analytics
Assists in the responsibility of organizing and operating the Beverage department in accordance with approved standards, budgetary limitations, policies and procedures
Assists in the development and implementation of the F&B department’s yearly budgets, capitol FF&E’s, and capital projects
Actively work with key stakeholders on programming legalities
Create and launch innovative beverage contests to enhance promotional activity and drive incremental revenue
Able to display project management proficiency from ideation through fruition
Advise property peers on directing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of Beverage operations and service
Knowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services policies, procedures, and operations
Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
Hard Rock Cafe Responsibilities:
Beverage development and creation
Collaborate with Operations to ensure recipe specifications and execution are being met
LTO ideation
Product Photoshoots
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years casino and multi-unit beverage or related experience in a supervisory role required, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
College degree preferred
Must be familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures and have a proven track record in business management, purchasing and record keeping
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to sustain positive work environment with a diversified talent are required
Must possess basic mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities and be able to balance cash drawer at end of shift
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stand and to work in a smoking environment

Work Environment:
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino floor as well as a professional office setting. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
